The Community-Choice, Act. 2007 needs to get pass in the 111th, Congress, It failed for passage in the 109th, 110th, Congress.
Our Homes, Not nursing homes, and other Institutions is not our home. Home is in the Community were everyone lives family members brother & sister, Cousins, nieces and nephews we all came into this world together and levees as came.
My dear friends make Community Choice, Act, 2007 a victory! That wills so many Americans with disabilities like me and my sister to have the financial incentives, not financial disincentives.
Removed Medicaid Long-Term Care disincentive that discourages people with disabilities for living in the community. We need Medicaid Long-Term Care incentives. People with disabilities deserve better what there have now. We will not give up without battle was staying here till the Community-Choice, Act. 2007 is passing inside into law by President Break Obama. This will be the new day of freedom to perused of happiness
May God bless you and your families, friends Peaces and Happiness cheers to good health, Amen!

My name is Roberta Gallant and I
reside in Concord, New Hampshire.
I am 57 years old and have a learning disability.
I strongly support the Community
Choice Act because it is an important legislation. I want the Community Choice Act to pass both the United States Senate and House of Representatives tomorrow afternoon. This legislation will make life so
much better people with disabilities and elderly citizens to live decently in their communities. I encourage
the United States House and Senate
to accept this act. Citizens with disabilities and elderly people need more choices than they currently have. Please pass this onto the house and senate immediately. Thank you.
